Qualifications

• Experience building corporate partnerships and securing commitments.
• Proven ability to develop compelling fundraising proposals.
• Strong stakeholder management with HR, CSR/ESG and executives.
• Commitment to ethical fundraising aligned with FearFree values.

Responsibilities

• Develop a pipeline of corporate and major donor partnerships with multi-year potential.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow FearFree’s income from business relationships.
• Maintain and report on income, proposals, and pipeline using Beacon CRM.
