Job summary

Smart Works Greater Manchester is seeking an organised Partnerships Development Manager to build and grow corporate partnerships and oversee fundraising activities across two centres. You will identify opportunities, manage relationships, and communicate impact through proposals and reports.

You will lead the partnerships team, drive income targets, and help deliver fundraising events with sponsors and partners, supporting women to gain confidence and employment opportunities.

Qualifications

• Organised, proactive and confident relationship-builder.
• Lead on development, growth and stewardship of corporate partnerships.
• Deliver a significant income target with a six-figure fundraising portfolio.
• Line management responsibility for partnerships team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with corporate partners, funders and supporters across Greater Manchester.
• Identify new opportunities for support and nurture existing partnerships.
• Communicate impact through compelling proposals, reports and presentations.
• DeliverSmart Works Greater Manchester's fundraising events programme, securing sponsorship and driving income.
• Line manage members of the Partnerships team and foster a high-performing culture.
