Job summary

Boster Group, a boutique UK consultancy based in London, is seeking a Business Analyst to join its dynamic team. This role blends strategic analysis with partnership development, shaping client strategy and delivering high-impact campaigns across corporate and arts sectors.

You will lead analytical workstreams, translate research into practical recommendations, manage client relationships, and collaborate with the Founder/CEO to drive growth. Travel within the UK and abroad is required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing clients, partners or stakeholders in a results-driven context.
• Experience in marketing, strategic partnerships and/or consulting is desirable.
• Experience leveraging AI in internal/external workstreams is a plus.
• Interest or experience in arts and culture is essential.
• Content marketing experience desirable, with AI experience a plus.
• Education to degree level is essential; postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: Manage day-to-day client relationships and output, ensuring excellent service delivery and acting as a strategic advisor.
• Project Delivery: Oversee planning and delivery of activations and campaigns to the highest standard within budget and on time.
• Strategic Analysis and Insight: Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to evaluate opportunities and trends; synthesize insights into recommendations.
• Strategic Growth: Contribute to development of client strategies based on business and partnership ecosystems.
• Business Development: Support proposals and pitches; assist in expanding the company’s network.
• Collaboration: Work with the team on ideation, content creation and reporting; manage external relationships.
• Learning & Development: Stay informed and contribute to learning culture.
• Travel and Engagement: Travel in the UK and abroad; occasional outside core hours.
