Candidates must possess an extensive network of relevant contacts and be comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in crypto/payments/banking industry is mandatory.
• Wide network in crypto/digital assets is a must.
• Comfortable pitching to top-level decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and introduce new clients from established network.
• Act as a trusted advisor through the onboarding process.
• Provide strategic insights and report pipeline feedback.

CoinOTCis looking for adriven and well-connected Strategic Partnerto help us grow our reach across Europe and beyond.

We work withfintechs, PSPs, trading desks, legal firms, and regulated high risk businesses, helping them access crypto liquidity with low-latency execution and personalized settlement solutions.

What you'll do:

• Working on new business lines and opportunities.
• Introduce new clients from your network (fintechs, PSPs, trading firms, legal firms, etc.)
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding partners through onboarding, pricing, and settlement flows.
• Attend crypto, FX, or fintech events (in-person when relevant).
• Report directly to founder with strategic insights and pipeline feedback.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in the crypto/payments/banking industry.
• A wide network of relevant business contacts, esp. in the crypto/digital assets industry.
• Strong business acumen and networking ability.
• Comfortable pitching to founders, CFOs, and institutional decision-makers.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish and Portuguese are a plus.
• Self-driven, reliable, and comfortable working remotely.

Conditions:

• This isnot an employment contract— you’ll operate as areferral-based Strategic Partner.
• You introduce clients, andearn a share of revenue from the business you generate.
• No fixed hours, full flexibility.
• Commission-based:highly attractive for motivated professionals with strong networks.
