Job summary

Flexjet is seeking a proactive Part-145 Maintenance Planner based at our Farnborough headquarters to support the maintenance and airworthiness of the private aviation fleet. You will plan scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, manage work packs, coordinate resources and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with EASA/UK CAA Part-145 rules to minimise downtime.

Responsibilities include developing input plans, coordinating suppliers, maintaining documentation, and supporting operational reporting

Qualifications

• Proven experience in aircraft maintenance planning in Part-145 environment.
• Strong knowledge of EASA and UK CAA Part-145 regulations and airworthiness requirements.
• Experience with maintenance planning systems, ERP and maintenance tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
• Develop and maintain detailed maintenance input plans with required resources.
• Create and manage maintenance work packs prior to aircraft arrival and release.
• Monitor maintenance progress and adjust plans to minimise downtime.
• Act as a primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, providing updates.
• Coordinate third-party suppliers and subcontracted maintenance services.
• Maintain planning records, schedules, and supporting documentation in company systems.
• Support reporting, KPI tracking and cost analysis to improve planning efficiency.
