National Highways in the UK is seeking a Lead Operational Technology Compliance Manager to provide specialist compliance leadership across our OT environment within the Digital Services Directorate. You will lead governance, oversee supplier evidence, and report findings to senior stakeholders to ensure safer, more reliable road networks nationwide.

• Experience in quality-controlled environments (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Deep knowledge of roadside OT infrastructure and lifecycle requirements (safety, availability, resilience, latency).
• Understanding delivery lifecycles and management of technology schemes across networks.

• Lead National Highways' Roadside Technology Product Acceptance process with evidence-based compliance.
• Provide independent assurance and challenge across OT standards and governance.
• Embed assurance early in delivery with OTSE, Quality & Test, and other stakeholders.
• Assess impact of new/changed requirements on programmes and assets across OT lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement using data analytics and emerging AI tools to identify trends.
