Job summary

YTL UK seeks a senior leader to Head of Organisation Design to translate business ambitions into practical, evidence-based designs that boost clarity, accountability and sustainability across the Group.

You will set the OD strategy, advise executives, and lead governance that aligns structure and ways of working with transformation priorities. This role focuses on people impact as work evolves at pace.

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level experience leading organisation design in large, complex organisations.
• Deep expertise in operating models, spans and layers, job design and organisational governance.
• Strong commercial acumen linking OD decisions to cost and performance without losing sight of people impact.
• Credibility operating at executive level with facilitation and influencing skills.
• Analytical and diagnostic capability; comfortable with pace and ambiguity.
• Professional qualification in HR, Organisation Design or related discipline (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Set and lead a Group-wide OD strategy aligned to transformation priorities.
• Advise the Executive Committee and senior leaders on OD with practical direction.
• Lead senior design sessions and governance forums for clarity and accountability.
• Establish and embed OD principles, frameworks and governance across the Group.
• Review how the organisation is set up and whether structures support work.
• Build a listening culture across the organisation.
• Define and track OD metrics and benefits realisation.
• Build and lead a high-performing OD team across HR and business.
