Responsibilities

• Lead HR transformation workstreams across organisation design, workforce transition, capability building, communication and change adoption.
• Define future-state organisation principles and design options in collaboration with the Global HRD and ELT.
• Develop governance, reporting and escalation mechanisms for HR transformation activity.
• Shape and execute the HR systems, data governance and reporting strategy to support transformation.
• Strengthen HR operating model across Group, regions, countries and centres of expertise.
