• Support across foundational operations: data entry, documentation, policy/agreements/compliance, and maintaining business processes.
• Customer Support - onboarding, invoicing, agreements, renewals and requests coordination.
• Partners Support - onboarding, agreements, partnerships, renewals and requests coordination.
• People and IT Administration - onboarding, equipment distribution, inventory management.
• Training Support - support to external and internal trainings.
• Administrative and Events Support - calendars, meeting schedules, travel and events.
• Executive Support - assist CEO and leadership with personal admin tasks.
• Virtual Office Management - ensure smooth day-to-day operations for remote staff.
• Culture - organise office activities and develop team culture.
