MedBoard is seeking a Business Operations Specialist/Coordinator/Lead to own a wide range of administrative and operational activities. The role can be based in the UK/EU or remotely, offering growth opportunities and leadership exposure within MedBoard.

Responsibilities

• Business Operations/Sales Operations support across data entry, documentation, policies/compliance, and processes.
• Customer onboarding, invoicing, agreements, renewals and requests coordination.
• Partners onboarding, agreements, partnerships, renewals and requests coordination.
• People and IT administration including onboarding, equipment distribution, and inventory management.
• Training support for external and internal trainings.
• Administrative and events support, calendars, travel bookings.
• Executive support to the CEO and leadership team with personal admin tasks.
• Virtual office management including coordinating events and support for remote employees.
• Culture: organising office activities and developing team culture.
