Qualifications

• Graduate level or entry level considered.
• Digitally savvy with a hands-on, results-oriented mindset.
• Experience in administrative/operational support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support across a broad range of operational tasks, including data entry, documentation, and compliance-related activities.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and administration with customers and partners, including invoicing and renewals.
• Assist with partner onboarding, agreements, renewals, and requests coordination.
• Oversee basic People and IT administration, equipment distribution, and inventory management.
• Provide training support for internal and external sessions as needed.
• Assist with calendars, travel arrangements, events, and general admin support.
• Support the CEO and leadership team with personal administrative tasks.
• Coordinate a virtual office and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for remote staff.
• Help develop and organise team culture through office activities and events.
