You will work alongside a Commercial Manager and the Operations Director to ensure P&L, budgets and deadlines are met, while delivering high service standards and cost control.

Qualifications

• Extensive building knowledge and experience in responsive maintenance and partnering frameworks.
• Experience managing multiple site teams and large DLO.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control and contractual targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead direct labour team, contract managers, project managers and site staff.
• Ensure service levels, quality and safety standards are met.
• Manage P&L, budgets, and project deadlines.
• Report to the Operations Director and collaborate with the Commercial Manager.
