Job summary

Fortus Recruitment Group is representing a maintenance contractor seeking a Repairs/Planned Supervisor to join their property services division in Berkshire. This permanent role involves managing repairs of kitchen and bathroom contracts within occupied and void social housing properties.

You will lead a large team of direct operatives and subcontractors, supervise day-to-day works, coordinate workloads with the program, and ensure health and safety through toolbox talks and NHF SOR pricing.

Fortus are currently representing a maintenance contractor who are looking for a Repairs/Planned Supervisor to join their property services division. This position is working on a contract in the Berkshire area.

This will be managing the repairs and kithcen & bathroom contractswithin occupied & void social housing properties. You would be responsible for a large team of direct operatives as well as sub contractors when required.
