Job summary

RADAR is seeking a Manager, Strategic Operations to bridge the gap between executive vision and ground-level execution. This role will bring discipline and structure to planning, prioritization, and delivery of critical initiatives as RADAR scales.

You will work with Finance, Product, Go To Market, Engineering, Customer and Legal teams to align stakeholders, surface cross-functional themes, and drive complex projects forward with actionable solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management experience, preferably in technology and/or high-growth startup environments.
• Proven success leading cross-functional programs across multiple teams.
• Builder's mindset in environments where structures and norms are still being established.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management across all levels.
• Ability to translate from big picture to tactical execution with measurable outcomes.
• Analytical skills for deep-dive analyses and clear recommendations.
• Experience coaching non-PM leaders to adopt project management practices.
