Job description

  • We are seeking a Manager, Strategic Operations to bridge the gap between executive vision and ground-level execution
  • This role brings discipline and structure to how RADAR plans, prioritizes, and delivers on its most critical initiatives, while surfacing the cross-functional themes and operational signals that matter most as we scale
  • You will work closely with all teams, including Finance, Product, Go To Market, Engineering, Customer and Legal teams, to gather insights, align stakeholders, move complex projects forward and propose solutions
  • This role blends analytical thinking with hands‑on execution
  • You will be a key member of the team that shapes the way RADAR operates
  • Strategic planning and alignment
  • Support the VP Brand Strategy on planning the company's annual and quarterly strategic planning process
  • Translate company strategy into project plans with clear ownership, that connect to meaningful business outcomes
  • Maintain a cross functional view across the business to ensure alignment to the strategic priorities
  • Operating rhythm and accountability
  • Establish and maintain structured meeting cadences including cross functional strategic priority presentations, business reviews, and project updates
  • Track progress against strategic goals and KPIs and drive accountability across teams
  • Cross-functional execution
  • Serve as a central coordinator across engineering, product, customer, commercial, legal and other functions
  • Maintain visibility into risks, interdependencies, and resource constraints, proactively flagging issues and recommending course corrections
  • In partnership with the VP of Brand Strategy, shepherd the full portfolio of strategic priorities from planning through execution, working across Engineering, Product, Go-to-Market, Finance, Customer, and Legal teams to maintain alignment and deliver results
  • Process and program management
  • Introduce and standardize project management tools, templates, and governance frameworks
  • Continuously refine processes and workflows to increase efficiency, predictability, and cross-team collaboration
  • Operational Intelligence & Special Projects
  • Drive highly-cross functional special projects that span multiple teams but do not neatly fit within any of them, defining project scope, success metrics, and execution plans in ambiguous environments
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to inform strategic decision-making
  • Translate insights into clear recommendations and actionable plans for leadership
  • Strategic Communication
  • Develop and maintain an internal communications calendar to track top down strategic messaging to the organization and support culture change
  • In your first 30 days, you will:
  • Learn RADAR's mission, technology platform, and business model
  • Build credibility by meeting with leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and owners of key initiatives, listening first while forming your point of view on priorities, dependencies, and gaps
  • Listen for patterns across teams including where execution is strong, where growth is creating strain, and what's slowing people down
  • Get hands on with existing tools, processes and project tracking and meeting cadences to understand how decisions are currently being made and where the operating rhythm has gaps
  • In your first 60 days, you will:
  • Identify quick wins and longer term structural gaps, and start sequencing the work
  • Take ownership of at least one cross functional meeting cadence or workstream, showing up as a coordinator and driver
  • Surface high impact special projects through cross-functional discovery that will accelerate growth
  • Have developed process that supports structured decision making and cross functional communication, ensuring decisions are not made in silos
  • Ensure active projects have clear timelines, owners, as well as the right cross functional stakeholders involved
  • Begin building the internal communications calendar to bring structure and visibility to top down strategic messaging
  • In your first 90 days, you will:
  • Have built foundational frameworks including templates, governance models and decision making processes, that the teams are already relying on
  • Be driving measurable progress on RADAR's most critical cross-functional initiatives, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum where it's needed most
  • Proactively bring recommendations and course corrections to leadership
  • Have established yourself as a trusted go-to resource and someone who makes hard things easier and keeps the organization moving forward
  • Solutions-first mindset
  • 7+ years of program management experience, preferably in technology and/or high-growth startup environments, with proven success leading cross-functional programs
  • A builder's mindset: comfortable operating in environments where the structures, processes, and norms are still being established
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management - Relationship builder across all levels
