Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Operations, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy & Operations, Analytics, or Program Management.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a commercial environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into insights and recommendations.
• Good understanding of commercial performance, KPIs, business planning, and operational processes.
• Strong project and program management skills with stakeholder and delivery experience.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to create executive-level materials.

• Deliver regular business reporting and translate performance trends into insights.
• Analyze commercial performance to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Product and Finance.
