Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking an Operations Finance Business Partner to support the Programme Director and Senior Operations with contract performance reviews and financial and KPI reporting.

You will build detailed financial and performance models, provide guidance on financial performance, and help maximise revenue in line with contract plans and targets. This 12-month fixed-term role offers flexible working options and pro‑rata benefits for part-time arrangements.

Qualifications

• Part or Qualified accountant status is required.
• Experience in management accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong communication with operational teams.
• Ability to build and maintain forecast models.

Responsibilities

• Using, monitoring & querying the periodic management accounts outputs, focusing on driving performance.
• Reports & Models must be user friendly with key information for decisions easily accessible.
• Perform periodic P&L & contract performance reviews with operational leads and provide variance explanations.
• Create financial and performance reporting tools for new contracts and budgeting.
• Regular communication supporting operational leads plan for resourcing requirements.
• Develop models for monthly and long-range forecasting and annual budgets.
