Reed Specialist Recruitment seeks a commercially focused Commercial Finance & Analytics professional to join a growing business. This role sits between Finance and Commercial, delivering financial insight, pricing analysis, profitability reporting and commercial support to drive performance.

Reporting to the Managing Director and partnering with the Commercial Director, you will analyse revenue, margin and pricing, support forecasting and budgeting, and ensure data accuracy across systems; the

Qualifications

• Strong commercial finance, financial analysis or business analytics experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of revenue, margin, pricing and profitability analysis.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear commercial insight.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with BI tools, ERP systems or reporting platforms would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Analyze sales, margin, cost, pricing and profitability across customers, suppliers and product categories.
• Produce regular financial and commercial reporting, dashboards and KPI analysis.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and business planning through meaningful financial analysis.
• Provide recommendations to support commercial decision-making and growth.
