Job summary

UNiDAYS is seeking a Business Operations & Enablement Manager to drive scalable process design, cross‑functional enablement, and measurable outcomes across the business. You diagnose root causes to convert friction into fit‑for‑purpose solutions built for scale, from modernising workflows to executive reporting and OKR planning.

A solution‑oriented self‑starter, you excel at processing high volumes of complex information, asking sharp questions, and translating ambiguity into clear paths

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Operations, Operational Change Management and/or Project Delivery within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience mapping complex processes, redesigning workflows for scale, deploying automation platforms.
• Strong critical thinking balancing trade-offs with commercial outcomes.
• Able to drive accountability across teams without direct line management.
• Experience training, documenting, and driving adoption of new processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects through implementation and handover.
• Excellent ability to translate complex data into clear narratives and strategic summaries.
• Hands-on with implementing OKRs/KPIs and tracking progress.
• Background as a systems BA mapping requirements and dependencies.
• Experience in a high-growth scale-up or startup.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable workflows that reduce friction and align cross-departments.
• Diagnose problems, ask probing questions, and design scalable solutions.
• Evaluate and deploy tools to improve scalability and efficiency.
• Lead mid-to-large enablement initiatives, ensuring BAU improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams with clear ownership and governance.
• Manage governance, risk logging, and status reporting for critical projects.
• Lead post-peak wrap-ups and capture learnings for next planning cycles.
