Job summary

UNiDAYS is seeking a Business Operations & Enablement Manager to design scalable processes, enable cross‑functional teams, and deliver measurable outcomes across the business. You will diagnose root causes, reduce friction, and build fit‑for‑purpose solutions that scale with our growth.

You will own framework design, governance, and reporting, drive OKRs/KPIs, lead cross‑functional projects through hands‑on implementation, and ensure smooth handovers to BAU.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Operations, Operational Change Management or Project Delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience mapping complex processes and redesigning workflows for scale with automation platforms.
• Ability to weigh operational trade-offs against business outcomes and drive accountability without direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable workflows and processes to reduce organisational friction and improve cross‑department alignment.
• Lead cross‑functional enablement initiatives and ensure BAU readiness with clear ownership and handovers.
• Define governance, risk logging, and status reporting for critical projects and initiatives.
