Job summary

The University of Glasgow invites applications for a Head of Strategy and Operations to lead SGSAH's strategic and operational agenda. Working with the Director and Executive, you will shape national delivery across 17 HEIs and oversee governance, risk, finance and organisational development within a complex multi-institutional setting.

Qualifications

Substantial senior-level leadership experience in strategically important organisations or partnerships.
Extensive knowledge of governance, risk, policy, and financial/resource management.
Experience with externally funded programmes and multi-stakeholder partnerships.

Responsibilities

Shape SGSAH's strategic direction with the Director, Board and Executive.
Lead governance, risk, policy, compliance and performance across funded activity.
Oversee financial planning, budget management and multi-stream funding.
Develop and lead SGSAH professional services and cross-institutional collaboration.
Drive performance monitoring, service development and organisational effectiveness.
