• Lead monthly business reporting, performance reviews, and governance processes.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and commercial performance.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Director to lead the delivery and growth of a $38M global contract for a Global Outsourced Marketing Execution and Procurement Company who proudly celebrates20 years of turning bold ideas into meaningful brand experiences — with a +700-strong team across 60 countries worldwide.

This role will have overall responsibility for the successful operational and commercial management of the account across 16 markets, leading a team of 35 people with 2 direct reports.

The successful candidate will ensure excellence in contract delivery, client satisfaction, financial performance, and strategic growth initiatives.
