Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, and/or UAT Testing Lead in a regulated environment
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, hands-on Jira experience
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills with diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to gather and document requirements into Agile stories.
• Review and refine user stories with technology partners for clarity.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand objectives and drive project outcomes.
• Develop comprehensive testing plans and ensure changes are thoroughly tested before release.
• Conduct in-sprint testing and support end-to-end UAT to align with operational standards.
• Build relationships across stakeholder groups to support governance and communication.
• Document defects and track UAT status, providing updates to stakeholders.
