Job summary

Pontoon is seeking an Operations Business Analyst to join the GMO SSE team at Chester Business Park. The role focuses on leading strategic change initiatives, gathering requirements, and ensuring successful project outcomes in a fast-paced financial services environment.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of BA/PO/UAT experience in regulated settings, strong Agile knowledge, and proven ability to influence senior stakeholders while delivering high-quality testing and UAT support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Product Owner, BA, and/or UAT Testing Lead within a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira usage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to gather and document requirements into Agile stories.
• Review and refine user stories with technology partners for clarity and completeness.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand objectives and drive project outcomes.
• Develop comprehensive testing plans and ensure changes are tested before release.
• Conduct in-sprint testing and support end-to-end UAT.
• Document defects and track UAT status, updating stakeholders.
