Job summary

M&G is seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Business Solutions to analyse and design operational models for life investment products, coordinating across stakeholders and external partners. The role emphasizes feasibility assessment, detailed analysis, and alignment with regulatory requirements.

Experience with asset management operating models and knowledge of Power BI is desirable; the role supports flexibility in working arrangements and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational model impact analysis and design for complex transitions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across product lifecycle and external partners.
• Ensure scalability, risk and regulatory compliance are built into operating models.
• Capture client/TPA requirements and align operating models accordingly.
• Coordinate handover of new processes to Investment Operations.
• Support and guide less experienced colleagues through mentorship.
