Job summary

Freshminds is seeking a Strategic Operations Review consultant for an initial 6-week engagement. You will conduct a business-wide strategic review of the operating model, assessing responsibilities, processes and information flow across data partnerships, technology and revenue functions.

Working closely with the C-suite and senior leaders, you will diagnose what works, identify gaps and develop a future-state operating model to support growth. Strong strategy consulting experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Senior strategy consultant background with ability to structure and deliver end-to-end operating-model reviews.
• Experience in B2B data, SaaS or tech businesses and subscription models.
• Proven track record working with high-growth organisations and senior leaders.
• Strong analytical, process-mapping and stakeholder-management skills to translate briefs into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct an end-to-end review of the current operating model across data partnerships, technology and commercial teams.
• Map processes, responsibilities and cross-functional dependencies; identify gaps, duplication and friction.
• Recommend clearer ownership to enable leadership to focus on core priorities.
• Develop a pragmatic future-state operating model and actionable recommendations.
