Job summary

Freshminds is seeking an AI Strategy and Implementation Lead for an 18-month transformation within a specialist B2B media and events client. You will oversee a small team embedding AI-driven improvements across workflows, technology and operating models, translating strategic objectives into practical solutions.

Reporting to the executive team, you will set direction, govern AI initiatives, manage cross-functional delivery, and measure value.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years experience in management/strategy consultancy.
• Hands-on experience with AI and automation to drive value.
• Able to translate strategic goals into measurable outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders and partners.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and integrated delivery roadmap for the AI Implementation Team.
• Assess and redesign workflows for AI, automation and integration.
• Establish governance, policies and standards for security, data protection, IP and ethics.
• Lead cross-functional implementation and report progress to executives.
