Job summary

Freshminds, a boutique strategy and transformation consultancy, is hiring a Boutique Strategy Consultant. In a small, high-performing team you will deliver client projects, work with senior stakeholders and accelerate your development in a collaborative environment.

You will own workstreams, contribute to growth initiatives, mentor colleagues, and benefit from a personalised development plan, hybrid working with three days at home and international remote options.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years' experience within strategy consulting, growth strategy or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience delivering client-facing projects and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen with confidence analysing financial and business performance data.
• Ambitious, proactive and motivated by continuous learning and professional growth.

Responsibilities
