Job summary

British Gas is seeking an Executive Relationship Manager to own and grow a portfolio of strategic OEM partnerships. You will lead as the primary relationship lead with senior partner stakeholders, ensuring contractual commitments and customer outcomes are delivered.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Commercial, Operations, Finance, Legal, Risk, Regulatory, Marketing and Digital to drive growth, manage risks, and provide clear updates to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in relationship management or partnerships within a complex organisation.
• Proven ability to manage senior external stakeholders and multi-year commercial relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret contracts and financial outcomes.
• Experience leading governance forums and coordinating cross-functional delivery.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities while safeguarding customer, commercial and regulatory outcomes.
