Job summary

The Universities and Colleges Employers Association (UCEA) is seeking a Head of Organisational Development to lead learning, development and change initiatives across the UK HE sector. You will design and deliver strategic training programmes, partner with universities and senior leaders, and champion improvements to the employee experience.

The role offers hybrid working from our Bloomsbury offices in central London with some home working each week on a permanent contract or as a secondment.
