Job summary

Soho House & Co. is seeking a Head of Learning & Development for UK operations and support functions. The role sets the strategic vision for organisational learning, strengthening leadership and capability, and preparing the business for the future.

You will lead a regional L&D team, work with senior stakeholders, and tailor initiatives to meet UK and EU needs, including embedding AI into learning and work practices. Strong hospitality training experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading regional or global L&D strategy.
• Strong track record embedding talent frameworks and succession planning.
• Experience implementing mentorship and leadership development programs at scale.
• Influential leader capable of gaining buy-in from senior stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with delivery of measurable impact.
• Experience delivering training and coaching in hospitality operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the UK L&D strategy with senior stakeholders.
• Lead a regional L&D team and align with global people strategy.
• Design talent frameworks, development plans and succession processes.
• Oversee MIT, apprenticeships, graduate programmes and internships.
• Launch global mentoring and leadership development initiatives.
• Embed AI and digital transformation in learning initiatives.
