Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ related experience in provisioning or network operations
• Experience with basic telecommunications practices and interfaces

Responsibilities

• Participate in implementation of various software services
• Review ticket requirements and coordinate provisioning steps to complete orders
• Track milestones and proactively drive activities that may jeopardize orders
• Provide timely status updates and communicate lead times in tracking system
• Document service requests and ensure accurate updates throughout lifecycle
• Design, provision, and test delivered services for quality hand-off
• Escalate issues to ensure timely delivery of services
• Prioritize projects and manage activities to meet project schedules
• Communicate with internal customers, stakeholders, and network carriers
• Participate in metrics development and operational reporting
