Job summary

Evri is seeking a Network Forecasting and Planning Manager to steer forecasting, capacity planning and optimisation across our network. • Proven leadership of planning, transformation and continuous improvement programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting and planning strategy across the Evri network with daily, weekly, peak and annual forecasts.
• Align capacity, resources and plans with demand and business objectives.
• Drive peak readiness and network performance improvements.
• Develop tools, automation and reporting for forecasting.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Monitor service performance, manage risks and implement corrective actions.
• Support growth through capacity planning, volume analysis and network optimisation.
• Provide governance to the International Planning & Service function.
• Develop, coach and inspire high-performing teams.
