You will translate sales forecasts and procurement activity into actionable plans, reporting, dashboards and performance metrics while driving continuous improvement and managing a small planning team.

• Proven experience in network planning, operations planning, or a strategic planning role.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to develop and manage a small team.
• Experience translating forecasts into practical operational plans.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement network planning strategies to support operational and business growth objectives.
• Translate demand forecasts into operational plans, ensuring resources and capacity align with business requirements.
• Lead network modelling, optimisation, and scenario planning activities.
• Monitor inbound and outbound operational volumes across multiple global locations.
• Drive inventory planning initiatives, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics to monitor operational performance.
• Analyse operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Work closely with Operations, Procurement, Sales, Finance, IT, and Compliance teams to align business priorities.
• Support continuous improvement projects focused on planning accuracy, inventory control, and operational efficiency.
• Manage and develop a small team, providing leadership and direction across planning and operational support functions.
