Job summary

EVRi International in Rugby is seeking an experienced Senior Network Forecasting and Planning Manager to lead forecasting, capacity planning and network optimisation across the national operation. You will align forecasts with demand and business growth to guide the network delivery.

The role spans Forecasting, Network Planning and Strategic Planning, with governance over the International Planning & Service function. Hybrid working available, with a focus on data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in network forecasting and planning.
• Strong analytical, modelling and data-driven decision making.
• Experience leading and developing planning teams.
• Experience with peak demand planning.
• Advanced Excel skills; VBA/Access knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Evri's network forecasting and planning strategy.
• Own daily, weekly, Peak and annual volume forecasting.
• Align network capacity with forecast demand.
• Lead Peak planning and network readiness.
• Identify capacity constraints and opportunities for optimisation.
• Use forecasting, modelling and data to support senior decision making.
• Drive improvements in planning processes, tools, automation and reporting.
• Support customer and business growth through capacity planning.
• Provide strategic direction to International Planning & Service function.
• Lead, develop and coach high-performing planning teams.
