Job summary

Vero HR Ltd. are partnering with a global aerospace organisation to appoint a Network Planning Manager in a brand-new role.

You will link Sales, Procurement, Operations, Inventory and Compliance, owning network planning, forecasting, and capacity planning for global operations. You will translate forecasts into actionable plans, build planning models, and drive continuous improvement while leading a small team across planning and operational support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in network planning, operations planning or supply chain planning.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and mentor teams.
• Experience translating forecasts into actionable plans and capacity decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement network planning strategies to support growth.
• Translate demand forecasts into operational plans and resource requirements.
• Lead modelling, optimisation, and scenario planning activities.
• Monitor global inbound/outbound volumes and inventory planning initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to monitor performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Sales, Finance, IT and Compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage and develop a small team across planning and operations support.
