Job summary

SITA is seeking a Network Team Manager to lead the Network Engineering group within the CDE portfolio. You will refine SD-WAN and WAN backbone solutions, steer architecture across a talented team, and align projects with strategic goals.

You will oversee delivery, collaborate with stakeholders, manage budgets, and promote best practices in Agile/DevOps while ensuring high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement across the network domain.

Qualifications

• Deep SD-WAN expertise with Versa, Cisco/Viptela and Fortinet; architecture trade-offs.
• Engineering leadership: build and guide architecture teams, not service delivery.
• Structured execution: define roadmaps, standards, governance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the future of SITA networks using modern technology.
• Lead budget, planning, execution and delivery of network portfolio initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (WAN, SD-WAN, SSE) and manage risks.
• Promote Agile and DevOps practices, ensure QA and documentation quality.
• Mentor and develop team members and communicate progress to stakeholders.
