Job summary

TNS Inc. is seeking a senior Network Architect to design, document, and deploy services across global MPLS/SD-WAN networks within a MSP context. You will contribute to automation initiatives and work with pre-sales and product teams to create scalable, robust solutions.

You will lead third-level support, vendor evaluations, and develop lab tests and training for operations. A strong background in cloud, IP multicast, and advanced routing is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with architecture and provisioning of MPLS/SD-WAN based environments.
• Hands-on design and configuration of Fortinet FortiGate devices, especially in SD-WAN.
• Experience with network automation tools and DevOps practices (Terraform, Ansible, JSON, Nautobot, vendor tools).
• Proficient in IPSec design, configuration, operation and troubleshooting.
• Experience in cloud-based architectures in AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Proficient in IP Multicast design, configuration, operation and troubleshooting.
• Strong routing knowledge: BGP/OSPF/ISIS/EIGRP/PIM/BFD.
• Experience with NAT, VRRP/HSRP features.
• Ability to document and maintain comprehensive designs.
• Strong debugging and vendor evaluation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and test new technologies, features, and solutions with repeatable results for the Implementations team.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales Engineers and Product Marketing to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Evaluate platforms with vendors for integration into TNS’ product suite.
• Provide third-level support to NOC and Implementations teams.
• Develop detailed lab test plans, document procedures, and train operations staff.
• Interact with vendors to resolve problems and perform hands-on testing and troubleshooting.
