Job summary

QinetiQ is seeking a Senior Client Manager to drive strategic relationships with UK national security customers and lead complex programmes across the portfolio. You will influence long-term objectives, align customer priorities with QinetiQ capabilities, and manage risks to ensure successful outcomes.

Based at our London site, the role involves significant travel to customer sites and other QinetiQ locations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in the UK National Security sector.
• Strong knowledge of Operational Technology, Cyber, or related digital domains.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to achieve strategic aims.
• Experience leading complex programmes or major customer portfolios.
• Excellent commercial awareness balancing customer outcomes with business growth.
• Ability to influence senior decision-makers in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic customer relationships and develop trusted partnerships across senior stakeholders.
• Shape long-term objectives and influence future capability direction with QinetiQ’s capabilities.
• Drive growth by identifying and maturing high-value opportunities aligned to customer priorities.
• Lead delivery across a portfolio of programmes, manage risks, and ensure exceptional outcomes.
• Act as a strategic bridge between customer and QinetiQ to align commercial, technical, and delivery teams.
