Currys in London is seeking a Micro Space Planning Manager to lead space planning and visual merchandising across the store estate. Based in the London Campus at Waterloo with hybrid working, you will drive planograms that are commercially sound and customer-focused.

You will lead a small team, coordinate fast-paced changes, and partner with commercial and store teams to deliver consistent store experiences.

Qualificações

• Proven planogram expertise using BY or similar; VM experience in large multi-site retail.
• Understanding of end-to-end range changes and product lifecycle.
• Experience leading micro space and VM teams in a busy rollout environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate the micro space planning and VM team; manage workload according to commercial priorities and ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure range reviews are adhered to across stores with accountable delivery of commercial growth.
• Develop and improve merchandising solutions across categories with practical, executable planograms and VM packs.
• Spend time in stores to test and profile planogram changes before full rollout; verify fixtures and plans in real conditions.
• Support change and development projects requiring planogram and VM input; act as the workstream lead.
• Support the Blue Yonder space planning project to inform decisions with in-store realities.
• Define and maintain merchandising standards across categories; communicate and execute estate-wide.
• Ensure range events are delivered on time, aligned with category strategies and shopper experience.
• Manage and coach a team of micro space planners and visual merchandisers with SMART objectives.
