Job summary

Currys London Campus at Waterloo is seeking a Micro Space Planning Manager to lead the micro space planning and visual merchandising across the estate. The role sits in Stores Transformation and Property, reporting to the Micro Space Planning Manager, with a hybrid working pattern in London.

You will manage a team, ensure on-time planogram delivery, and drive commercial growth through effective space and VM solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven planogram expertise using BY or equivalent in a multi-site retail setting.
• End-to-end range change processes and how decisions affect the physical store.
• Experience leading and developing a micro space and VM team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate micro space planning and VM team; allocate work per commercial priorities and ensure on-time, first-time-right delivery.
• Ensure range reviews across all stores with clear accountability for commercial growth via planograms and VM packs.
• Develop and improve merchandising solutions that are practical and executes in a busy retail environment.
• Spend time in stores to test planogram changes before rollout; verify fixtures and plans work in real store conditions.
• Support change and development projects requiring planogram/VM input; act as space planning workstream lead.
• Support Blue Yonder space planning project to ensure space planning reflects in-store reality.
• Define and maintain merchandising standards across categories; communicate to store teams and ensure consistency.
• Deliver range events on time while improving customer shopping experience and fixture efficiency.
• Manage and coach a team of micro space planners and visual merchandisers with SMART objectives.
