Job summary

De Beers London is seeking an experienced Merchandising Manager (EMEA & US) to translate global merchandising guidelines into actionable regional plans, overseeing assortment planning, inventory optimisation, and category performance across owned boutiques and wholesale partners.

Collaborating with central merchandising, commercial, supply chain and visual merchandising teams, you will ensure brand integrity while adapting to market needs, supported by a strategic, analytical mindset and strong

Qualifications

• Extensive merchandising experience across retail and wholesale channels.
• Strong data-driven approach to interpreting sales trends.
• Ability to balance brand integrity with market needs.
• Experience in luxury/jewellery is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute regional merchandising strategies reflecting priorities and global brand direction.
• Manage assortments and inventory to ensure availability and performance.
• Analyse sales trends, customer insights, and category performance.
• Collaborate with central teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Support wholesale and franchise partners with planning and performance optimization.
• Contribute to boutique openings, campaigns, and product launches.
• Provide reporting to senior leadership with KPIs.
• Support central merchandising initiatives as needed.
