Robert Dyas is seeking a Merchandiser to lead planning and trading for their department, ensuring stock levels are optimised to hit sales targets. You’ll work closely with the Buyer to shape plans, drive performance and scale profitability.

You’ll bring an adaptable mindset, advanced Excel skills, and a track record managing stock controls such as OTB and WSSI. A fast-paced environment at our Head Office awaits your commercially driven approach.

Qualifications

• Sector agnostic background welcomed; junior merchandisers encouraged.
• Resilient and driven; able to stay calm under pressure.
• Technically sharp with stock controls (OTB, WSSI).
• Strong communication to influence and challenge processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead category planning and trading strategy for the department.
• Ensure stock levels maximise sales while protecting margins.
• Collaborate with Buying teams to unlock new commercial opportunities.
