DCK Group in Billericay is seeking a Merchandiser to join our Merchandising team. You will work with Buying, Design and Hosts to define and develop the brand vision, manage critical path timelines and drive profitability with data-driven planning.

You will lead assortment planning, OTB, and seasonal planning, balancing newness with sell-through while working closely with the Merchandise Manager to achieve targets. Flexible working and home-working opportunities are offered.

Mansioni

• Define and develop the brand vision and strategy in line with the critical path.
• Manage critical path timelines and milestone deadlines with regular communication to the Merchandise Manager.
• Drive department strategy with a profitability focus aligned to host strategy.
• Review P&L for the department and propose actions using analytics.
• Establish clear assortment plans, BEVs and phasing balancing newness, lines and sell-through.
• Sign off strategy and budgets with the Senior team.
• Ensure accurate pre-season planning based on strategy and targets.
• Forecast in-season, reflect trading conditions and adjust plans accordingly.
• Highlight margin risks and suggest actions to bring back to plan.
• Gather insights from hosts (footfall, customer insights) to adjust performance.
