Job summary

YTL UK is seeking an MEP Buyer to manage procurement for MEP goods and services for Brabazon and associated arena projects. You will source materials, negotiate terms, and liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure delivery within budget and specs.

The role requires proven MEP buying experience in construction, strong commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills to build robust supplier relationships. A proactive, detail‑oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an MEP Buyer in construction.
• Commercially astute with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Knowledge of eSourcing systems such as Coins.
• Understanding of procurement policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase materials and services from approved MEP suppliers.
• Ensure on-time delivery and compliance with project specs and budget.
• Place orders and negotiate rates within budget.
• Support procurement planning and tendering activities.
• Maintain supplier partnerships and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with Precon, MEP and project teams.
