Job summary
YTL UK is seeking a Buyer for its Construction division to coordinate with project teams, sites and logistics to ensure timely availability of goods and services for AMP8 delivery. You will source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships, while monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Experience as a Buyer in civil/general construction or mechanical/electrical.
- Driving licence and willingness to travel between offices, sites and suppliers.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate business requirements clearly to suppliers and contractors.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with project teams, sites and logistics to prioritise requirements.
- Source goods and services to meet daily purchasing demands with best value.
- Place orders correctly and call off from framework agreements.
- Maintain supplier agreements and monitor performance.
- Develop supplier partnerships and provide reporting opportunities.
