YTL Construction UK is seeking an MEP Project Manager to lead delivery of a large private regeneration Brabazon project at the historic Filton Airfield. From design through handover, you will coordinate MEP across a multi-million-pound programme, ensuring integration, compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience with an excellent working knowledge of MEP systems, design and installation.
• Proven track record delivering multi‑million-pound MEP packages.
• An HNC, HND or degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Experience working with BIM/Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• The ability to confidently read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and commissioning schedules.
• Familiarity with project planning and reporting tools.
• A solid understanding of technical standards, statutory requirements and programme delivery.
• Strong leadership, coordination and risk management skills.
• A CSCS Card, which is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Senior MEP Manager, you'll take a leading role in the successful delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health services across the project lifecycle.
• You'll get involved from feasibility and design through procurement, construction, commissioning and final handover, including: coordinating MEP installation activities across contractors and trades.
• Reviewing consultant designs for technical accuracy, coordination and compliance with UK Building Regulations, CIBSE standards and BSRIA guidelines.
• Driving spatial coordination using BIM and resolving clashes before they become expensive problems on site.
• Supporting procurement, tender reviews, package negotiations and the appointment of MEP contractors, suppliers and vendors.
• Leading the journey through to handover, ensuring O&M information, asset registers, certification and training are ready to go.
