Job summary

Spark Foundry in London is hiring a Project Manager to support the Kenvue Power of One model across EMEA. This role collaborates with global and regional leaders to tailor and implement the integrated agency model across media, creative, production, commerce and social/influencer, both within Publicis and with clients and partner agencies.

You will manage detailed project plans, budgets and risks, acting as the connective tissue between client teams and agency partners.

Qualifications

• Prior media campaign management experience in an advertising agency.
• Strong project planning and scheduling abilities.
• Experience in budgeting and risk management.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets and resource allocations.
• Monitor progress and resolve risks, issues and dependencies.
• Act as liaison between media agency partners and capabilities.
• Coordinate with strategy, planning, buying, analytics, creative and production teams.
• Ensure deliverables meet timelines and quality standards.
• Facilitate integrated working sessions and IAT status meetings.
• Develop project dashboards and status reports.
• Monitor KPIs related to delivery, timelines, budget, and campaign readiness.
• Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned.
