Job summary

Almac Group seeks a seasoned Global Marketing Manager to lead the development and delivery of globally focused marketing plans from our Craigavon headquarters. You will collaborate with Business Development, senior leaders, and external partners to raise market awareness and demonstrate the value of our scientific capabilities worldwide.

You will translate complex scientific services into compelling customer propositions, create targeted campaigns, support lead generation and opportunity

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Significant marketing or business development experience.
• Significant B2B marketing experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of customer needs.
• Experience with senior leaders across locations/time zones.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate scientific information into customer value props.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns and projects.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation.
• Experience with problem-solving and negotiations.
• Budget and risk management experience.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) for reporting.
• Collaborative leadership style with a focus on coaching.
• Experience in pharma/biotech/CDMO/CDMO environments.
• Marketing management experience with team leadership.
• Experience creating sales enablement and lead gen campaigns.
• Experience in small molecule, peptide or analytical services.
• Technical or scientific background in life sciences/chemistry/analytical.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own and deliver the global marketing plan aligned with growth priorities.
• Understand services, segments, markets, competitors and outsourcing drivers.
• Lead brand strategy and consistent messaging across services and territories.
• Translate scientific info into clear value propositions and campaigns.
• Work with specialists and leaders to position and launch new services.
• Create marketing content: articles, case studies, infographics, videos, blogs.
• Coordinate digital marketing and inside sales for lead generation.
• Oversee website, paid search, LinkedIn, and targeted outreach campaigns.
• Support planning and delivery of trade shows and events.
• Use Salesforce/HubSpot to measure performance and ROI.
• Research customer needs and market developments for growth opportunities.
• Turn market intelligence into actionable recommendations for teams.
• Manage budgets, schedules and third-party agencies.
• Collaborate to maintain brand consistency across Almac Group.
• Coach and develop the Marketing Associate.
