Job summary

JATO Dynamics Limited is seeking a commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead marketing for the Leasing and Professional Services vertical. You’ll shape and deliver integrated go-to-market programmes that build awareness, engage priority audiences and create qualified pipeline across our solutions portfolio.

You'll partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Commercial Leadership to translate business priorities into focused, measurable marketing activity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B marketing experience in Tech/SaaS.
• Strong analytical skills with experience measuring performance and managing budgets.
• Proven track record in executing global and local marketing campaigns.
• Ability to simplify complex propositions into clear, compelling messaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned to the vertical’s commercial objectives.
• Design and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, content, account-based marketing, events, partnerships and email.
• Generate high-quality leads and turn marketing activity into measurable pipeline and revenue.
• Build clear, sector-specific messaging and support product launches, proposition development and market expansion.
• Use customer, market and competitor insight to identify opportunities and strengthen campaigns.
• Grow JATO’s profile through thought leadership, industry relationships, events, webinars and speaking opportunities.
• Set campaign KPIs, report on performance and optimise budget investment for return.
• Equip Sales with effective assets, nurture journeys and market insight.
